Payment Information

You will be charged at the time of checkout for the estimated total of materials purchased. This will not include shipping. All orders are subject to adjustment in order to include shipping and to reflect actual weights of materials purchased. We will contact you regarding shipping costs and variances in your order. We will gladly hold payment information on file for you if you do not wish to be contacted with every purchase after the first order.

 

Shipping Rates and Turnaround Time

 

Shipping Rates will be calculated only after orders have been packaged. This way we can truly find you the best rate by hand selecting the best box for your order, and then personally comparing the different rates offered by the different shipping agencies. Because of this, you will not be prompted to select a shipping option, and you will not be charged for shipping until your order is packaged and waiting to be picked up by the carrier.

 

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. Shipping times are subject to availability.
